Frequently Asked Questions

  • I don't understand the 4 (2x) directions. Can't I just fill it to 8. Perhaps I fill it to 4 and heat it two times.

Fill to the 4 twice. The measurements are not incremental so it is not the same as filling to the 8. I tested this by pouring the amounts into tubes and found out that at the 4 it is 6mL (2x would be 12 mL then) and the 8 is 10 mL.

  • Can you warm frozen breast milk storage bags with this?

    Yes, you can.

  • I want to use it to heat the ear cleanser for our cocker spaniel. It is a 4 oz. plastic squeeze bottle. Can you use plastic?

It would depend on the thickness of the plastic. Absolutely fine with hard plastic bottles.
