The Bianchi Milano Citta (2011) is a road bike designed for a smooth and comfortable ride. This is a lower-cost version of the Bianchi Milano Alfine (2011), and uses the same Bianchi 26 MILANO CITY Aluminum frame and comfortable Viscount 2503 steel rail saddle. The differences can be found in the gearing system, in this case being an external (rather than internal) 8-gear system and an added carrier on the back to enable the easy attachment of cargo and suitcases. Shimano parts are still used for the shifters and derailleur, and Wellgo LU-206 pedals are used to offer good traction on shoes without being a danger to fabrics. Large HJC DA-17 36h rims are used to provide a smooth and easy ride, and the Bianchi alloy handlebars are built low to offer better control.
