The Asus ENGT220/DI/1GD2 is a mid-range video card aimed at people looking for a low-cost solution that can handle most applications. This card should be able to deal with most day to day tasks easily, but won't be suitable for hardcore gamers. It has a moderate processor and a fair amount of memory, although the memory itself runs a bit slowly.
