Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I see the booklet that comes with it on line?

Threw booklet out, very basic booklet, cooks 3 cups (cup that is supplied, may not be true 1 U.S. cup) uncooked. Auto warmer stays on for 10 minutes after button pops up. I think my warmer function stopped working after owning for 1 year...well the warmer light doesn't work (but may still be warming). You don't want the warmer anyways it ruins the rice by overcooking. I pull the plug immediately after button pops up and let the rice simmer for 10-15 minutes in residual heat, then the rice is perfect. You don't want to eat the rice immediately after the button pops up.

  • Hi, did this set also have rice paddle and small cup inside? thank you

Yes, it has both a rice paddle and a small cup.

  • How many walt?i mean the power.

It's 350 watts of power. Does a good job considering how little the unit costs. Takes some getting used to on the cook time of rice. You have to add more water than the instructions say. The steamer feature works really well.
