Edit

The Ariens Deluxe 30 is a mid-cost snowblower with a 30" clearing width. The snow chute of the the Deluxe 30 can throw snow up to fifty feet, and the 2.5x ice drill manual chute control allows you to dictate where the snow goes. The Briggs & Stratton 305cc 1450 series Ariens Polar Force engine of this snowblower offers six forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds. The tires of this snowblower are 15" x 5" directional snow tread tires that are designed to perform in slippery conditions. A clean-out tool is included for maintenance. This snowblower differs from the lower cost Deluxe 28 model in that it has a more powerful engine, as well as a higher clearing width. The Ariens Deluxe 30 is contructed entirely of steel.

Just got mine. Big auger and 14" impeller makes short work of deep snow.

Doesn't have things like power steering or electric shute handling, but IMHO Arien's solid mechanical implementations of these is far superior to the motorized (what happens if an electric motor burns out halfway thru a session?) or one of the power steering levers falls out of adjustment?

This machine is simple and is rock solid. Looking forward to a good 30 years of service from it.
