The ATI Radeon X1650 is a legacy video card by ATI. It offers 512M onboard DDR2 RAM, and a 600MHz GPU clock speed. It uses the PCI Express x16 interface, but can be used on AGP x8 motherboards with an external bridge adapter. It is a dual-link DVI card that supports multiple monitors and multiple resolutions and refresh rates at the same time. It also has a S-Video TV output with resolutions up to 1024x768. The GPU has hardware decoding and encoding support on most common video formats, as well as the ability to decode HDCP video. The card has full support for DirectX 9.0, but  would have issues with the newer DirectX 10.1, and certainly would not handle the very new DirectX 11 that is still coming into fruition. It offers all of the same features as the Radeon X1550, with the exception of an additional 256M of onboard memory. In terms of modern video cards, the X1650 has essentially been replaced by the ATI Radeon HD 3600.
