The ATI Radeon HD 4600 is a mid-range series of graphics cards, designed to deliver good gaming performance at a sub-$100 price point. The series includes three models, the 600MHz HD 4650 with 512 MB GDDR2, and the 750MHz HD 4670 with either 512 MB or 1 GB GDDR3 memory. The latter consume under 60 W of power, and the former under 50 W, as PowerPlay technology aims to reduce power consumption through performance-on-demand and central thermal management systems. The series supports DirectX 10.1, and features ATI CrossFireX technology for multi-GPU scalability. They also support HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, enabling full HD video and gaming on 1080p displays.
