The ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650, the DirectX 11 successor to the HD 4650, is a higher-end, 1GB AMD graphics card for notebooks. As the entry-level HD 5600-Series card, it represents a step up from the top HD 5400 model, the 5470. The HD 5650 retains dual-stream 1080p playback support, advanced anti-aliasing, and ATI Stream technology, which uses parallel processing to accelerate video encoding and transcoding. The card is also more advanced in a number of areas, adding several hundred million transistors and scaling up the processing architecture of the HD 5470. It also increases to six the number of independent displays supported in multi-display mode. In tests, the HD 5650 has been able to run demanding games on medium graphics settings at over 30 fps.

Features
  • 40nm architecture
  • 627 million transistors
  • 400 stream processors (TeraScale 2 Unified Processing Architecture)

Dell has the Windows 7 drivers for your system, but if your looking for another driver which I'm using right now is ATI Catylkst drivers 11.5 hotfix which work very well. I have exactly the same notebook as yourself.

here's the link; http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/AMDCatalyst115ahotfix.aspx

has downloads for windows 7 and XP and should work perfect, actually I got a slightly better score with these drivers on 3dmark but my emulators slowed down a little so its better some ways and worse others, but hey they work.
