The single-core, 64-bit AMD Sempron Mobile 4000+ microprocessor features a clock speed of 2.2 GHz, 256 KB L2 cache and a TDP rating of 31 W.  As part of the AMD Sempron Mobile series, this processor is designed for use in mobile applications such as thin and light notebook computers. AMD released this microprocessor in Q2 2007 with its introduction of 65 nm technology in its Mobile Sempron processor series.  The Sempron Mobile 4000+ features all of the characteristics of the Sempron Mobile 3800+ processor with the addition of and enhanced L2 cache at 512 KB. Currently the Sempron Mobile 4000+ is only available for OEM sales and not for direct consumer purchase.
