The Sempron LE-1300 is the most powerful single-core processor in AMD's Sempron line of energy-efficient, budget 65 nm processors, largely meant to compete with Intel's Celeron D line. The Socket 2 LE-1300 has a processing speed of 2.3 GHz, 128KB of L1 and 512KB of L2 cache, and a low thermal design power of 45W. The LE-1300 supports AMD's 3DNow! basic vector processing, which is designed to improve graphics performance. The processor is single-core and performs 64-bit processing. It has 800MHz of hypertransport speed, and the retail box includes a heat sink and fan. The only difference between the LE-1300 and the LE-1250 is 100MHz of processing speed.
