The AMD Athlon II X3 415 is a triple core processor released in May, 2010. This 64-bit processor runs at 2.5GHz, has 1.5MB of L2 cache and uses 45 watts of energy. This CPU supports both AM2+ and AM3 sockets, meaning it’s compatible with a wide range of existing motherboards. Compared to other X3 CPUs from AMD’s lineup, this one consumes the least amount of power, but also has the lowest clock speed of the bunch.
