The AMD Athlon II X2 215 is a low-cost central processor built for desktop motherboards with an AM3 socket. This processor is part of the AMD Athlon II X2 series, which run at lower power and use dual-core processing. The clock speed is set at 2.7 GHz, and is supported by 512 Kb of L2 cache. 65 Watts of power is used to run the chip, and it can communicate with the motherboard at 2 GHz through a HyperTransport bus.
