low-end bass is powerful, remains distortion free even when turned up

The VS2621 is a 2.1 channel multimedia speaker system from from Altec Lansing's Value Series.  The system comprises two satellite speakers which utilize dual 2" full-range drivers and a compact 4" side-firing subwoofer.  The speakers and subwoofer combine to offer a frequency response of 45Hz to 18kHz and a total RMS power of 28 watts.  The VS2621 includes built-in controls for convenient access to power, volume, and tone settings.  It has been optimized for computer and other digital media sources and includes a secondary AUX-in jack for connecting a portable audio device.  The system has a contemporary, angled design in silver and black and has an MSRP of $50.
