The Acer Extensa 4230 is an entry-level notebook intended mostly for business use. It uses Windows Vista Business as an operating system and a dual-core Intel Celeron processor with a speed of 1.66GHz. It has 1GB of DDR2 RAM and a 160GB hard drive and uses Intel's Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M. It has built-in wireless networking capabilities and a 14.1" LCD display. Other business features include a built-in webcam and Acer Video Conference application. It has a slot for a Kensington lock for security, and its expected battery life is about 3 hours of continuous use per charge. The 4230 comes with a one year parts and labor limited warranty as well.
