Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Bootic.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items should be returned in their original packaging.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Simply contact Bootic Customer Care, and we will guide you through the process. To help with the return process, we will supply you with a return mailing label you can print out from home.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, your refund is likely to arrive much sooner! This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Bootic.com does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Pay As You Go / Prepaid phone cards
  • Prepaid cards
  • Products marked as "Non-returnable"

Partial Refunds

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be partially refunded up to 50% of the item's price.

Receiving a Refund

For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. It should be noted that in most cases, you will receive your refund much sooner.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Bootic Customer Care to request a replacement.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
