6What if my items are wrong or damaged?

Under Bootic Returns Policy, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in the original package and is unused. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, your refund is likely to arrive much sooner! Bootic does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Pay As You Go or Prepaid phone cards
  • Prepaid cards of any kind
  • Products marked as "Non-returnable"
