Edit

Civilization V is the fifth installment in the Civilization strategy-game franchise. Released strictly for Microsoft Windows PC, Civilization V inherits all the core gameplay elements that made its predecessors a success. Users still explore and find cities, build units and attack barbarians, research technology, and either negotiate or make war with other civilizations. But this time around there’s an improved user interface that’s more intuitive and devoid of unwanted popups. Plus squares have been replaced with hexes and so there is no more unit stacking. Roads aren’t required to connect resources to a city, roads/railroads have maintenance costs, and there are many more diplomacy-related options.
